The available sizes are listed per product and range from small to large, with prints up to 1 m 25 × 1 m 80. This way, you'll find the right size for every wall - from an intimate corner to a full wall.

For each artwork, you will find the possible frame colours under the product options. Sometimes there is no additional choice: in that case, we only show the colour that makes the artwork visually the strongest. We want every combination to be aesthetically pleasing.

A canvas print has a matte, satin finish on sturdy canvas and comes in a floating wooden frame without plexiglass. The look is matte and calm, perfect for those who want the artwork itself to draw attention.

A paper print is made on museum-quality Fine Art paper and supplied in a wooden frame with premium plexiglass. The plexiglass gives a slight reflection and protects the paper. Paper prints are slightly more refined and are excellent for smaller or more intimate works, especially in combination with a passe-partout.

Both finishes are beautiful - the difference lies in the feeling they evoke and their intended location.

The canvas print floats in a handmade wooden frame. Coloured frames are made of poplar wood, the natural wood colour of oak wood. The canvas appears to float in the frame. The solid wooden frame comes from sustainable sources and has a depth of 4 cm and a width of 1 cm at the front.

The paper print comes in a handmade wooden frame with premium plexiglass. The size indicated for the frame refers to the print size that fits inside it; the frame itself is slightly larger. For sizes up to 50 × 70 cm (incl. A4-A2), the frame is 1.5 cm wide and deep. From A1 upwards, this becomes 2 cm.

A mat board is a high-quality, acid-free border that goes around the print within the frame. It creates a serene visual space around the artwork, drawing the eye to the image.

How it works: the outer dimensions of the mat board remain the size you choose. The print is made one size smaller to fit within the mat board's opening. If you add a mat board to a selected print and frame, both will automatically adjust.

You choose your favourite artwork, the size that fits your wall, and the colour of the frame. You can also add a passe-partout if desired. After payment, your order goes directly into production - each piece is custom-made for you.

Feel free to send us a photo of your wall with the dimensions, and we will create a digital mock-up of the chosen artwork in your space. This way, you can see beforehand how the print will look in your space - in terms of size, color, and placement. This service is free of charge.

Yes. During the ordering process, you can enter a separate billing address and shipping address. This is useful if you are sending a work as a gift, or if you want the invoice to be in the company's name but want to receive the print at home or at another location.

Yes. As soon as your print is ready for shipping, you will receive a track & trace email which you can use to follow the package all the way to your door.

For deliveries within the European Union, you pay nothing extra - all costs are included. For shipments outside the EU (such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Dubai, or Australia), import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply. These are determined by local customs and are to be paid by the recipient. Are you unsure about the regulations in your country? Please inquire with local customs beforehand.

Each Art Print is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Upon receipt, you can immediately unpack and hang it.

• Canvas print: comes with pre-assembled sawtooth hangers. This way, your artwork hangs perfectly aligned immediately.
• Paper print: has a hanging system on the back of the frame.

Depending on the size, you will need to attach 1 or 2 hooks to the wall yourself and hang the print. That's all there is to it.

• Dust removal: Use a dry, soft cloth and gently wipe the surface.
• Stain removal: Lightly dampen a soft cloth (not soaking wet) with lukewarm water. Gently rub the stain with circular motions.
• Avoid moisture: Do not hang canvas prints in damp areas such as a bathroom.
• No cleaning agents: Never use soap or cleaning products on canvas; they can damage the ink and coating.

Dasi collaborates with professional printers who use high-quality materials, specifically selected for wall art. Every order undergoes a quality check. Should anything go wrong, we will rectify it.

Did your order arrive damaged or does it contain a major manufacturing defect? Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Send us:

• A clear photo of the damage or manufacturing defect
• A photo of the (damaged) packaging
• A photo of the label with the barcode on the packaging
• Your order number

Once we have assessed the case, we will arrange a new production as soon as possible.

In these cases, we cannot start a new production:

• You ordered the wrong color, design, or size yourself
• You change your mind after the order has been placed
• The deviation falls within the tolerance limit for possible minor color or size differences

Each print is custom-made for you, immediately after the order is placed. Therefore, there is no physical stock from which we can deliver or to which we can accept returns. Consequently, canceling, returning, or requesting a refund is unfortunately not possible.

Therefore, please carefully consider your choice of artwork in advance: whether the size is right for your wall, whether the colors suit your interior, and whether the style fits the room. If you're unsure, request a free mock-up first – then you'll be 100% sure of your choice.

In exceptional cases where a return is necessary, the shipping costs will always be borne by the customer.
