Refund policy
At DASI WALL ART, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. As our artworks are produced to order through various printing partners, the following conditions apply.
Right of Withdrawal As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. However, because our products (fine art prints, canvas prints, and framed artworks) are custom-made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order items, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
Damaged Orders Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at silke@dasi.be and include:
- A photo of the damaged packaging
- A clear photo of the damage or manufacturing defect
- A photo of the label with barcode on the packaging
- Your order number
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will arrange a replacement production as quickly as possible.
In the following cases, we cannot initiate a replacement production:
- You ordered the wrong color, design, or size yourself
- You changed your mind after placing the order
- The variation falls within the acceptable tolerance margin for minor color or size differences
